REGISTRATION

• A registration fee of Rs.1000 will be collected from all the customers joining the scheme. This will be adjusted during the last month payment.

• An application form should be duly filled in and handed over

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

• The chit amount should be paid before the 10th of every month for a period of 10 months only.

• Defaulters name will be removed from the scheme. However under consideration of the directors the defaulters have an opportunity to be rejoined.

• Defaulters paid amount will be refunded only after the completion of the scheme-minus the reg fee.

• A person is liable to join one or more schemes.

• Service charges applicable (exclusive from the tour fare).

GROUP

• For better services and individual attention , a group will not exceed 20 persons

• A guide will be guiding a group

TOUR

• The domestic tour will commence after 30 days of the completion of the chit.

• The international tour will commence within 60 days of the completion of the chit.

• Transfer of the chit person to another will be considered.

• Twin sharing basis will be adopted during the tours.

• The destination, the passenger is willing to fly should be confirmed before 90 days.

• For international travel destinations visas are subject to approval from consulates.

• Change of group will be permitted under special circumstances. The discretionary powers of the directors will be final.

CANCELLATION

            Standard cancellation charges are applicable.
